First of all,  Ethics  are the principles of right and wrong individuals, acting as free moral agents, use to make choices to guide their behavior. At first, MIS applied in organisation to the management then implemented by technology. This is connected and resulting by the emergence of e-business, for example: doing business online and shopping online. However, in order to generate it, MIS itself has some process which are: the data gathering and data processing then both of it can get information. How MIS can help?
